Gennem dr\u00f8ftelser med Shoplogix blev et kortsigtet pilotprojekt med lav risiko skitseret. Pilotprojektet fokuserede p\u00e5 at tilbyde en reel baseline og sammenligning med de nuv\u00e6rende processer og systemer samt evnen til at afd\u00e6kke skjulte tab og kvantificere de tab, der var sv\u00e6re at m\u00e5le i de tidligere systemer.

        Pilotprojektet afsl\u00f8rede, at detaljerede tab ikke m\u00e5lte den reelle effekt; korte, hyppige afbrydelser \u2013 mikrostop og hastighedstab \u2013 blev ikke opdaget i den tidligere dataindsamling og dukkede ofte ikke op p\u00e5 de \u00f8verste Pareto-diagrammer for nedetid.<\/strong>
