FOG Software Group Acquires Shoplogix

March 2, 2017 – (Deerfield, IL, USA) – FOG Software Group, a division of Vela Software and Constellation Software Inc. [TSX:CSU], has completed the acquisition of Shoplogix, Inc. (“Shoplogix”).

Toronto-based Shoplogix specializes in enterprise manufacturing intelligence (EMI) applications, providing companies with real-time visibility into their machine and production performance. Shoplogix software includes extensive cloud-based analytics, which help users achieve operational excellence by identifying barriers to performance improvement.

Following the acquisition, Shoplogix is being operated as an independent division of FOG Software. Shoplogix will continue to develop, enhance, service and support their software solutions in providing a competitive edge to customers.
