The Lean methodology is based on five key principles:

  4. Establish Pull: This means that you only produce what is needed by the customer. This way, you don’t create unnecessary inventory and waste.
  5. Pursue Perfection: Lean is not a one-time thing. It’s a continuous process of improvement. The idea is to incorporate lean thinking into the entire organization and continually find ways to improve.
