What is the Shoplogix Quality Management System (QMS)?

Shoplogix Quality Management (QMS) module helps manufacturers improve product quality and meet compliance standers by embedding quality checks, digital work instructions, and real-time auditing directly into their production environment.

It replaces disconnected QMS tools with a streamlined, machine-connected workflow that keeps operators, auditors, and managers on the same page.

Unlike standalone QMS systems, Shoplogix’s QMS is built on top our OEE production monitoring system and data.
This means you can trigger QMS checks based on shift times (before, during, or at the end of a shift), based on different requirements for job orders or machines, and you always have an up-to-date audit log of exactly what’s going on with your machines.
Our QMS reads from the same machine signals that calculate your production OEE and schedule. This means everything is always in sync and in real time. Your quality managers will be able to check audit logs of QC checks that just occurred, that are still pending, or that may have been missed, and exactly when they should have been completed!
Other QMS systems act as standalone applications to store your QMS documents and the results of your quality checks.

The only pre-requisite for any module, including our QMS here, is a license our Core Platform. After that, there’s no obligation to purchase any specific module.

Yes, you can upload all your standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, checklists, and quality forms directly into Shoplogix.

These documents can be linked to specific machines, products, shifts, or operators, and automatically triggered to display on shop floor screens when required.

Operators receive clear, real-time prompts on display screens, (e.g. “3 of 5 QC checks completed, 2 pending for this shift”) with direct links to the required instructions.
