  1. If you are already a registered user with us but you need to reset your password, please click on the link below to reset it. We will then send you an email with instructions to create a password:

  1. If you are having issues with your Whiteboard plant reports please check the Collector PC or PCs in your plant for warning messages. You may need to reboot/restart the PC.
  2. If you are a new user and you need us to create an account for you, please send us an email to support@shoplogix.com with these details:
  • Company Name:
  • Plant Name:
  • First Name:
  • Last Name:
  • Title or Position:
  • Email address:

We will then send you an email with instructions to create a password.

Once you have your password you will have to access the system this way:

Username: yourname@yourcompany.com
Password: the one you just created

      5. Please make sure to use an updated web browser, like Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge for example. Please do not use Internet Explorer.
